Established in May of 2007, CEO and founder, Barry Belanger, saw a gap in the service industry pertaining to IT and the small business owner. Meeting with a long time friend, Barry, hearing his friend’s stories of IT trouble and the sequential closing of his friends business was appalled by the handling of his IT needs. After hearing stories of several different IT companies servicing his friend’s small office of 10 people and mishandling his needs and deceiving him on the work that was done, he was in disbelief. His friend was charged for work that wasn't done and billed for hours that never happened in the first place, paying over $100.00 an hour for an IT solution that never worked. How many small business’s out there are failing because of the same instances, the same lack of general support and the utilization of multiple companies to achieve the same outcome that big companies get with a full IT budget?

His goal was to make IT affordable to any small business in need. He had the opportunity to break away from his long time full employer and started his journey with one client and a dream.
